MSV Co. (TEHRAN) _Two cold boxes of Gachsaran petrochemical air and nitrogen package project were installed with the efforts of the MSV CO.’s executive team within 2 days and using two cranes of 250 and 100 tons.
Cold boxes are ultra-cold or so-called cryogenic thermal sets that are used in gas refining, air separation, etc., and the installation of these packages has certain complications.
According to the MSV CO.’s executive team, the last shipments, including all related pipes and equipment, electrical cables and instruments in addition to accessories, were cleared from customs and transferred to the project site.
Based on the plan, during Norouz holidays, the installation program continued and equipment such as pre-purification unit (PPU-skid), four adsorber devices, two main air compressors and three motors related to the main air compressors were installed and it should be noted that the installation of the pre-cooling unit, vaporizer and two main air filter devices will be done in the coming days.
